That's why we recruit only highly motivated and focused individuals who want to take their careers to new heights.</p> <p>A Wide Range of Opportunities</p> <p>The GOLD program (Global Operations Leadership Program) offers graduates:</p> <p>The unique opportunity to start a career by experiencing two, cross-functional, cross-business rotational assignments based on technical skill set, job performance, Lean Sigma experience, career aspirations and business needs.</p> <p>A wide range of opportunities:<br />During two 12-18 month assignments, GOLD associates complete the following:</p> <p>· Rotations in two different business divisions, with at least one assignment in a manufacturing setting.<br />· GOLD Enterprise Lean Sigma (ELS) training: This is a four-week training program of intensive leadership and Lean Sigma training.<br />· Participate, co-facilitate, and lead Kaizen events during first and second rotation.<br />· Attend targeted Leadership Development training during second year of program.<br />· Full-time positions (available upon program completion) are aligned for business-critical positions in the Operations and Supply Chain functions and include ELS Manager, ELS Project Engineer, Process Engineer, Planner or Supply Chain Analyst, Procurement Analyst or Team Leader.</p> <p>Our goal is to select, hire, develop, and retain high-caliber talent from leading universities and deploy GOLD graduates to business-critical positions in the Operations and Supply Chain functions.</p>
