NHOA’s Graduate Program is a 24-month program aimed at developing future key persons and talents of the company. We offer an accelerated Program where you experience cross-functional rotations within NHOA’s Engineering, Business Development and Project Management teams during development phase of the projects. In each allocation, you can expect to gain unmatched experience, exposure to senior leaders, a personal training and development plan and formal mentoring.

We're looking for exceptional individuals passionate for the energy sector:

- with degrees in energy, electrical, or mechanical engineering;
- a strong academic record;
- less than 2 years of work experience;
- full proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus);
- current residency and a work permit in Houston for the Americas, Milan for EMEA, Taiwan for Asia, and Perth for Australia.

If hired in Houston, Taiwan, or Perth, you will initially travel to Milan to participate in the NHOA Energy Academy and begin the onboarding process in September 2024. Afterwards, you will be stationed in your hiring region until the Graduate Program concludes, with a 3-month stay in Milan during Q2 2025: this is a unique opportunity to work at our headquarters and interact with colleagues from various geographies.
