NHOA Energy’s Graduate Program isn’t just a world-class training experience - it’s your gateway to working on meaningful, cutting-edge energy projects that power the global shift towards clean energy. Over 24 months, you’ll rotate across our Engineering, Business Development and Technical Sales, and Project Management teams. At every stage, you’ll gain hands-on experience, learn from senior leaders, receive a personalized development plan, and benefit from formal mentoring.

We’re looking for outstanding individuals who are passionate about driving change in the energy sector:

• with a Master's degree in Electrical or Energy Engineering (Automation or Mechanical Engineering may also be considered);
• recent graduate or up to 1 year work experience;
• proficiency in English. Additional languages are a plus;
• legally entitled to work in Italy on a full-time basis;
• availability to work at our HQ in Milan, Piazzale Lodi.

If selected, your journey begins with a permanent, full-time contract and a one-month Academy at our Milan HQ. This will be followed by an 18-month rotation across the core teams, and a final 5-month placement in the department that best matches your profile and aspirations. Throughout, you’ll contribute to impactful energy storage projects and gain a comprehensive understanding of their full lifecycle.
