Our Power+ Graduate Program jump starts your career with a truly unique journey that will take you across three 6-month work assignments before moving into a permanent position. Freedom to choose the three assignments based on business need and personal interests to craft an individual program. Possible to conduct international assignments during 2nd and 3rd assignment period.

While you are a full-time, permanent team member, each assignment will be within a different part of our business and provides deep, experiential learning opportunities within different segments. We’ll provide you with continuous career support with our Power+ career development curriculum and coaching.

- Examples of rotations include application engineering, research & development, project management, design engineering, process engineering, supply chain, production supervisor, software development and engineering, business development, operations, technical sales and marketing, and more! 

- We require candidate with STEM background is mandatory and graduate within 2 years (not earliest than July 2023).

- Proficiency in Japanese or Chinese and English. 

- Home locations you can selected for the trainee period: Tokyo, Beijing, Shanghai, Xiamen, Chongqing, Zhongshan.
