JOB TITLE: DIGITAL SOLUTIONS ENGINEER

 

Are you a tech-savvy problem solver who wants to make a real impact in the digital world? Step into the epicenter of digital transformation with TLG as a Digital Solutions Engineer. In this exciting and challenging role we can assure you'll not get bored!

 

 

 

What you'll do:

 

• Design and develop digital solutions for process automation, standardization, integration.
• Implement and test new digital solutions.
• Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring that systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Document and maintain process documentation.
• Engage in continuous learning by working on diverse projects across different domains.
• Own all phases of projects from start to finish, with high autonomy and the opportunity to make a personal impact to TLG products creation.

 

(Some examples: enable sales on multiple marketplaces through standardized REST APIs and flat file exchanges, integrate new payment methods across multiple systems from payment to invoicing, automate administrative tasks via AI, create web based tools to simplify Store Management work, implement omnichannel flows across TLG and its Clients systems, analyze and redesign order fulfillment processes to deliver better customer satisfaction.

 

You may learn to use industry standard tools like Excel, Python, SQL, PowerBI, google BigQuery, Postman, Azure, AWS and GCP cloud infrastructures, Jira and Confluence.)
